Farmer Leads Supermoto Championship

Not since the hey day of the Late Mark and Stephen Farmer, has the name Farmer led an Irish Championship in Motorcycling, but yesterday, Younger cousin, Keith Farmer put an end to that, as he took over the lead in the P&O SUPERMOTO CHAMPIONSHIP, when he dominated the Lakelands Event at St Angeleo.
Having won his heat, Keith went on to dominate both Grade A finals, leaving behind him, last years champin, David McKee, Moto GP star, Jeremy McWilliams and TAS star Adam Lyons.
In the quads, Chris Thompson moved into the lead after a brace of seconds to english visitor, Mark Turner. evergreen Jimmy Gately is 2nd in the championship with C McCarten in 3rd, but yesterdays double winner, Mark Turner has indicated that he will contest the remaining rounds, so this will be interesting.
Next round is at Kirkistown in a fortnights time.

Ragged Edge

Ragged Edge, is another superb product from ace photographer Stephen Davison, After his two previous books, Joey, and Beautiful Danger, it would be a hard task to improve on a proven product, But with sheer hard work, determination and patience , Stephen has just achieved that!. Ragged Edge, was officially launched on Tuesday 8th Nov, and it is a MUST for all motor cycle fans. Being an avid photographer myself, we all strive to get THAT particular shot, and with Stephen it is no different, But, this man can create something form very little, and produce a fasticinating result.
There are articles on Chicken Choker, Kenny McCrea, Dean Cooper, on his way back to the track, following a horrific crash, Fiunnegan, Irish Road racing, , JD, and DJ!, , Ryan Farquhar, AND so much more, You are just going to have to get a copy yourself!!, I promise , You will NOT be dissappointed!

Robb for BSS 600 IN 06

Ballymena rider, Denver Robb looks set to ride in next years 600 British Championship, thanks to a tie up with the now retired Chris Barton. Robb, a former double Irish 250 short circuit champion aims to be the best of the privateers in this championship. Thanks to additional backing from Mar-Train Haulage, Denver will be able to contest the whole series, and will also race at home , whenever dates dont clash.
Denver rode the 600 at the recent Sunflower, and qualified on the front row, but a blown engine put paid to ant decent result. Dearly like a superstock machine for the same event. Last year, Denver finished 5th in the superstock race, beating many established stars.
